Major General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech. The event also saw the participation of Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Party Central Committee’s member and Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huong Giang.

Reports at the event read that, over the past 2015 - 2020 term, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s Party Committee has successfully implemented the lát  congress’s resolution on ensuring political security, social order and safety, contributing to the socio-economic development tasks of the province.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s Party Committee has well advised the province’s Party committee and People’s Committee to mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system to participate in ensuring security and order as well as to promptly deal with complex security issues arising in the locality.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s Party Committee has also instructed its subordinate units to successfully fulfill their main assigned tasks of combating crimes.  For years, the rate of successfully investigated cases has reached more than 80%, of which more than 95% of the serious cases has been successfully solved. Meanwhile, the number of cases of violating social order has dropped.

In the 2015-2020 term, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s Party Committee paid much attention to the Party building and force building work. Leaders of the local police have always had a high sense of responsibility, which has left good effects on their subordinates and other Party members. So far, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department has completed the plan to post commissioned policemen to all communes in the province.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Ms.. Nguyen Huong Giang acknowledged and praised the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s Party organization for their achievements in the past five years.

In order to well implement the resolution of the Party Congress of the 2020-2025 term, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang asked the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s Party Committee to continue promoting the achieved results and at the same time, overcome the limitations and fulfill all assignments.
