Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To works with Ninh Binh provincial police

PSNews - Major General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, led a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security to work with the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department on results of the implementation of “All people protecting national security" movement and police records management since the beginning of 2020.

At the meeting, Senior Colonel Dinh Trong Soan, Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department briefed the delegates on the results of the “All People Protecting National Security” movement in the province and their management of criminal records over the past 8 months.

According to the report, the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department actively advised the local authorities to effectively deploy “All People Protecting National Security” movement in the province, while popularizing typical models of this movement across localities of the province, contributing to ensuring local security order as well as effectively facilitating its socio-economic development tasks.

The Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department also focused on applying information technology in receiving, processing, restoring and managing the police records, meeting the requirements of professional tasks and crime prevention and fight.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To lauded the provincial police for its efforts over the past time.

The Deputy Minister requested, the Ninh Binh police should continuously renovate the contents and forms of the “All people protect national security” movement and other patriotic emulation movements launched by the local authorities. 

They should also pay due attention to emulation and commendation work, creating a motivation for soldiers and local people to participate in the “All people protect national security” movement.

The Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department should also raise their sense of responsibility and increase the application of information technology in police records management in order to avoid letting out confidential information or losing professional documents.
