Emulation Grouping 2 reviews outcomes of “For Fatherland’s Security” movement
PSNews - Emulation Grouping 2 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) organized a conference on January 23 for its member units to sign an emulation agreement on the “For National Security” movement in 2019.

Lieutenant General Bui Mau Quan, Director of the Department of Immigration Management (the head unit of the emulation grouping) chaired the event.
The conference also saw the presence of leaders of the member units of the Emulation Grouping 2.
At the event, Lieutenant General Bui Mau Quan asked the member units to promote the achievements gained in 2018 and actively implement the 2019 emulation movement launched by the MPS.
The member units were asked to be active in advising the Public Security Central Party Committee, leaders of the MPS on various working plans, excellently complete the directions of Party and State leaders; successfully fulfill all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining political stability, social order and safety in the new situation.
Additionally, Lieutenant General Bui Mau Quan also underlined the need to enhance scientific and technical research and application of products of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 to modernize telecommunications, informatics, cipher and information technology services to better serve the work and operations of all public security agencies and units.
At the conference, the member units signed the mutual agreement to emulate each other in the movement “For National Security” in 2019.
