Emulation Grouping 3 summarizes the movement "For Fatherland Security" in 2016

In the spirit of solidarity, initiative and resolve, the public security agencies and units of emulation group 3 in 8 provinces, namely Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai have actively played their role of advice and well implemented all programs and plans on public security work, reaching the objectives and targets set by the emulation movement.

The contents of the movement were  implemented in a serious and innovative manner and in various forms by provincial police agencies and units in the 8 provinces, with a focus given to the implementation of the main missions. The rate of criminal cases investigated and discovered by the police of 8 provinces reached 89.07%, including 206 serious and especially serious criminal cases.

Their function of State management on society security is strengthened, and traffic accidents were controlled. Party building and forces construction work have been directed closely, which has led to the improvement of working effectiveness.

The results of the movement has promoted the spirit of emulation among the public security agencies and units in the 8 provinces. The provincial police of the provinces successfully fulfilled their tasks of maintaining security and order, served effectively socio-economic development in each locality .
