On August 18, the patrol team of PC67 in charge of leading the APEC delegations, deployed 20 female traffic officers to promote the beautiful image of the city’s police force. Female officers had been trained for leading and convoying the APEC delegations, the order and regulations of the People's Police to ensure security and safety for the transportation of APEC delegations during the summit.

On the routes through Tan Son Nhat Airport, a Tan Son Nhat traffic police team was also deployed to ensure traffic order, handle possible traffic violations of vehicles on time to ensure security during APEC events in the city.
During the APEC Senior Officials Meetings 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City, PC67 has planned to enhance checks on various roads to create a good look of the city, as well as a fine image of the city’s police force.
