Leaders of MPS meet Military Security Department
PSNews – Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security on February 9 visited and extended Tet greetings to the Department of Military Security, under the General Political Department on the occasion of the upcoming traditional Lunar New Year festival (Tet).

Lieutenant General Le Hien Van, Deputy Chief of the General Political Department of the People’s Army received the delegation of the MPS.
In 2017, under the direction of the leaders of the two Ministries, the cooperation between the security forces of the two sides was enhanced.
Under the coordination regulations, the two forces have joined efforts in implementing plans and professional measures to prevent and fight plots and activities to sabotage the nation of reactionary and hostile forces, as well as other crimes of infringing upon the national independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity, contributing to firmly protecting national security and social order and safety.

On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam sent his best New Year greetings to all officers and soldiers of the Military Security Department. He also expressed his wish that the two sides' security forces would continue to raise sense of responsibility to fulfill their assigned tasks and ensure security and safety for the people during this Tet.
On the same day, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam also visited and extended his best New Year wishes to officers and soldiers of the High Command of Coast Guard.
