MPS honors outstanding young public security teachers and students

The event saw the presence of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Muoi, former Deputy Director of the Public Security Political Department; Major General Nguyen Duc Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Party and Political Work; Major General Le Minh Hung, Deputy Director of the PPA; and other leaders of the departments under the MPS and the Central Youth Union Committee, representatives of public security academies and schools and 500 outstanding young public security officers and youth members.
In recent years, the Youth Union organization of the MPS has continuously renewed the content and the form of and improved the quality of political and ideological education as well as education of morality and lifestyle for Youth Union members, contributing to developing the public security youth in the new period, deserving to be the trustworthy reserved force of the Party, and the force loyally succeeding their fathers’ generation in the revolutionary cause.
Speaking at the event, Major General Nguyen Duc Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Party and Political Work congratulated the youths newly-recognized as outstanding young teachers and 5-Good students at the ministerial level, and 30 ethnic minority students studying at public security academies and schools presented with Vu A Dinh scholarships from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Within the framework of the art program, youth members of the Public Security Forces also had opportunity to talk to special guests, such as Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Muoi, former Deputy Director of the Public Security Political Department, who used to be responsible for Youth Union Affairs of the MPS; Lieutenant Colonel Mai Hoang, Chief of the Moc Chau District Police with his story about investigation police officers who have mounts of difficulties and hardships in the battle against drug-related crime; and excellent girl student Le Thi Thuy Linh at the People's Police Academy.
