MPS leader visits wounded soldiers in Ha Nam
PSNews - On the occasion of the 71st Day of Martyrs and War Invalids (July 27, 1947 – 2018), Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security on July 23 led a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) to visit, inquire after and present gifts to wounded soldiers treated at the Convalescent Centers for Wounded Soldiers in Duy Tien and Kim Bang (Ha Nam).

The MPS delegation was accompanied by Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Trung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police and Senior Colonel Tran Minh Tien, Vice Director of the Provincial Police.
180 wounded soldiers from different provinces and cities across the country are treated at the Centers, most of them suffer serious conditions.
On behalf of the leaders of the MPS, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son expressed his heartfelt gratitude and deep sentiments to the war invalids treated at the centers, and was happy when seeing all of the war invalids healthy.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son emphasized that the Party, State and people of Vietnam always remember and respect the contributions and sacrifices of the war invalids and martyrs. He wished that all the war invalids would have good physical and mental health and that they would continue to set example for the next generations.
The Deputy Minister also took the chance to present gifts to the war invalids and conveyed the regards from the Minister of Public Security to each and all wounded soldiers and their relatives. On this occasion, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son handed over VND 20 million to each center.
