Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son speaking at the event.

Following the guidelines of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the MPS, provincial police departments nationwide have posted professional police officers to all communes and townships across the country.

In order to meet the short- and long-term residences for the professional communal police, the leadership of the MPS decided to invest in building houses and barracks for professional communal police officers, especially those working in border communes.

Overview of the event.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son emphasized that communal police officers, especially those in border and remote communes, have been facing many difficulties in terms of workplaces and accommodations. Therefore, the project will encourage the communal police to successfully complete their assigned tasks.

The Deputy Minister urged local police chains of command to select locations for official residences for communal police officers, which facilitate their work while avoiding disaster-prone places.

Immediately after the meeting, the police leadership of border provinces should quickly work out construction plans and submit them to the MPS.
