The event saw the participation of leaders of the Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School for the Blind and the Fire Fighting University.

Over the past years, many members of the Guitar Club of the Fire Fighting University have been teaching visually impaired students of Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School for the Blind to play the guitars, helping the disadvantaged children have joy and happiness in their lives. They have also organized many social programs in support of poor patients at hospital.
Speaking at the event, Minister To Lam spoke highly of the meaningful social activities of the young police officers of the Fire Fighting University; and at the same time, encouraged the visually impaired children to overcome difficulties in their lives.
Presenting guitars to the students of the Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School for the Blind, Minister To Lam hoped that music would bring blind children more fun in their lives.

The Minister of Public Security also suggested the Fire Fighting University and the guitar club continue to promote the tradition of mutual support and sympathy while multiplying models “Good people with good deeds”, contributing to building a beautiful image of the People's Public Security Forces.
On behalf of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School for the Blind, its Headmaster, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Nga, sincerely thanked Minister To Lam for the meaningfull gifts, which will help the disadvantaged children have a better life.
