Minister To Lam visits wounded soldiers in Nho Quan district
PSNews – On the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year (Year of Dog), Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers at the Nursing Center for Wounded Soldiers in Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province on February 5 afternoon.

On behalf of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam expressed the gratitude to generations of public security officers and soldiers in particular and people from all walks of life in general for their great sacrifices during the struggles for national liberation and development.
General To Lam wished all wounded soldiers at the Nho Quan Nursing Center a happy New Year full of health and joy. He expressed that the wounded would always be anchored bright example for the next generations to promote the glorious tradition in building a more developed and prosperous country.
At the meeting with the staff, Minister To Lam praised and highly appreciated the efforts of doctors, nurses and all staff members of the Nho Quan Nursing Center over the past years in performing their tasks as returning gratitude to the national contributors.
He also hoped that the authorities of Ninh Binh and especially the Ninh Binh Provincial Police will continuously implement the tradition “When drinking water, remember its source”.
The same day, Minister To Lam and the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security offered incense at the center’s memorial hall and planted a tree on the campus of the Nho Quan Nursing Center.
