Ministry of Public Security support people in Thua Thien-Hue flooded areas

On November 19th, in Hue city, a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Major General Nguyen Quang Chu, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Public Security Forces visited and granted VND 500 million of assistance from the Ministry of Pulic Security to people in flooded areas in Thua Thien-Hue province through the Vietnam Fatherland Front chapter of Thua Thien-Hue province.

At the event, Major General Nguyen Quang Chu said, showing its empathy  with numerous sufferings caused by the recent flooding of people in Thua Thien-Hue province, the Ministry of Public Security has launched many donation movements to help the people and police forces settle down their lives and work in the flooded areas.

Major General Nguyen Quang Chu recognized the efforts of the Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Police and local authorities to quickly overcome the consequences of the flooding and help local people stabilize their lives.

On behalf of the provincial people, Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Mai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thua Thien-Hue province extended her sincere thanks to the care and timely support of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and Ministry of Public Security leaders.

At the same time she pledged to transfer the significant assistance of the Ministry of Public Security to people in the flooded areas.
