Mobile Police Command reviews task performance in first 6 months of 2021

The Mobile Police Command held a conference on June 25 to review the mobile police force’s task performance in the first 6 months of 2021.
Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung hands the Certificates of Merit awarded by the Prime Minister to outstanding individual and team. 

Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security (MPS) attended and delivered a speech.

Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong, Commander of Mobile Police Command, chaired the event.

Over the past 6 months, the Mobile Police Command has taken various measures and deployed means and forces to ensure safety for important targets, shipments and political events in the country. It also deployed forces to crack down on crimes under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security’s leaders.

Meanwhile, mobile police units have also been mobilized to join local police forces in investigating 15 major cases, deployed thousands of officers and soldiers to patrol on key routes and in critical areas as well as promptly settled complex situations related to security and order. Since COVID-19 broke out, the Mobile Police force has also been working on the frontline of the fight against the pandemic.

For their great achievements at work, various individuals and teams under the command have been honored by authorities at all levels.

At the event, under the authority of the Prime Minister and leaders of the MPS, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung handed Certificates of Merit awarded by the PM and the Public Security Central Party Committee, the title of “Emulation Soldier of the Public Security Forces” and other awards to outstanding mobile police officers and soldiers.

Outstanding individuals and teams honored at the event. 

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung acknowledged and praised the results and achievements of the Mobile Police Command in the first half of 2021.

He also asked the Command to enhance training activities for mobile police officers, and increase exercises on dealing with terrorist and kidnapping cases as well as on solving security and order situations and missions of natural disaster relief and rescue.

It should also attach much importance to building an elite and professional mobile police force which is capable of accomplishing all missions in any situations and terrains.
