Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang handed the Minister’s Decision to appoint Major General Doan Hung Son to the position of Director of the Department.

Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang congratulated the newly appointed director on his promotion and hoped that Major General Doan Hung Son would raise his sense of responsibility and set an example for officers and soldiers of the department to follow.

At the event, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang also handed the decisions on retirement to Lieutenant General Tran Dang Yen, former Director; and Senior Colonel Nguyen Duy An, former Vice Director of the Department.
