The Hanoi Municipal Police celebrated the 45th anniversary of its Organization and Personnel Division and received the second-class Fatherland Protection Order on October 19.
The ceremony saw the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Nam, Acting Director of the General Department of Politics.
During 45 years of its building and development, the Organization and Personnel Force of the Hanoi Municipal Police made great contributions to the building of a strong, elite and humane police force of Hanoi city.
Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong highly appreciated positive outcomes of the force and hoped that in the coming time, the force will continuously promote the past achievements to better perform its missions.
In recognition of the contributions, the Party, State, Government presented many orders and certificates of merit to the Organization and Personnel sector of the Hanoi Municipal Police.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the State President, deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong awarded the second-class Fatherland Protection Order to the Organization and Personnel sector of the Hanoi Municipal Police.
