Over 500 public security students join blood donation day

PSNews-A blood donation program was held in Hospital 30-4 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) and participated in by over 1,000 public security students, including 542 blood donors.

The Youth Union chapter of the People’s Security University (PPU) coordinated with the Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital of HCM city, 30-4 Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security in organizing the 2nd Blood Donation Day in Ho Chi Minh city,
Over 1,000 public security students attended the event and 542 ones joined the blood donation programme.
The PPU has for a long time been known for its blood donation activities. Such a program is organized 3 times a year by the school.
Each year, members of the University’s Youth Union donated thousands of units of blood, easing the shortage of blood at hospitals in HCM city in treating patients.
