PSF promoting studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style

At the conference, the CPSPC also introduced the thematic resolution 2016 to CPSPC members, key leaders of the General Departments, the High Commands and representatives from subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

The event also saw the participation of Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education Mai Van Ninh; Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, former member of the Central Theoretical Council, senior expert of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration, and representatives from the MPS.

Delivering remarks at the conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh and Mr. Mai Van Ninh appreciated the results obtained by the MPS over the past 5 years in implementing Directive 03 of the 11th tenure Politburo, contributing significantly to the success of the 11th tenure Party Central Committee’s Resolution No. 4 on Party building.

Besides, the Deputy Minister of Public Security also pointed out the limitations and weaknesses of a number of Party members.

Accordingly, a number of Party organizations, agencies, units and Party members have not yet practiced studying and following ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh in a serious, conscientious and  regular manner, and Party building work of some organizations have remain inefficient.

 President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style is the invaluable spiritual asset of the Party and the people, and Ho Chi Minh has set a bright example for the Vietnamese people of all generations, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh stressed. He required all agencies and units to effectively implement Directive No. 05 of the Political Bureau, the Prime Minister's Directive No. 27, and the Plan No. 28 of the CPSPC.

He also urged all delegates to disseminate the Directives and the Plan to every Party member of their Party organizations to create high consistent awareness of the movement among the Public Security Forces, with the aim of avoiding degradation of political ideology, revolutionary ethics and lifestyle as well as signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

At the conference, Prof. Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, former member of the Central Theoretical Council, senior expert of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration called on delegates to study and realize the Party Congress Resolution as well as to follow the 6 Uncle Ho’s  teachings.
