PSN receives delegation of MICT of Laos
The meeting saw the participation of Editor in Chief of PSN, Major General Pham Van Mien, Deputy in Chief, Colonel Dang Van Lan and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Khai and representatives of other divisions, board, etc.
At the reception, Major General Pham Van Mien welcomed the delegation of MICT of Lao PDR, expressing his delight at the cooperation friendship between the two nations.

On behalf of the Party Organisation of PSN, Mr. Mien introduced the general structure and mechanism of PSN. Accordingly, PSN which established in 1946 represents the mouthpiece of the Central Party Committee of Public Security. PSN not only gives the communication of Party and State but also reflect socio-order situation.

Besides the daily newspaper, PSN owns other special publications such as An ninh the gioi, Canh sat toan cau, Van Nghe Cong an and an online version of PSN. This year, PSN will celebrate the 70th traditional day of PSN ( November 1st, 1946)
Mr. Somsavath Phongsa thanked the warm reception of Major General Pham Van Mien and other soldiers from PSN. Representatives of the delegation exchanged information and experience in issueing and managing the mechanism of PSN.
