People’s Police Higher School 6 celebrates 10th founding anniversary
PSNews – People’s Police Higher School 6 under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), based in An Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai held a ceremony on March 1 to celebrate 10 years of its establishment (March 4, 2008).

The event was attended by Lieutenant Nguyen Minh Dung, former Vice Director of the General Department of Politics; Major General Truong Giang Long, former Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics and various leaders of relevant departments, institutes and academies under the MPS and local authorities.

In the last 10 years, over 20,000 students have trained and graduated from the higher school. These include 11,535 students of regular training programs, according to Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, Principal of the Higher School.
The quantity and quality of teachers and educational management officers of the higher school have been improved in the past few years. Particularly, the school now has 426 staff members, including 188 teachers, 91 educational managers and 147 workers. Of these, 9 have PhD degrees and 166 MA degrees.
On this occasion, the People's Police Higher School 6 is also presented with the Certificate of Merit by Prime Minister; 5 “Excellent Unit in Emulation” flags and 3 Certificates of Merit by MPS; 7 Certificates of Merit from Provincial People's Committee of Dong Nai.
