Launching the contest "70 years of golden history of Public Security Logistics-Techniques Forces"

PSNews - The General Department of Logistics-Techniques on May 18th held a meeting in celebration of the 127th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for the Youth Union chapter of the General Department and launched the contest to study about 70 years of the Public Security Logistics-Techniques force.

On behalf of the Standing Board of the General Department of Logistic-Techniques' Party Committee, Major General Nguyen Tat Loi, Deputy Director of the general department paid homage to great President Ho Chi Minh. He then reviewed the 70-year glorious tradition of construction and development of the Public Security Logistics-Techniques sector and praised the contribution of the Youth Union chapter of the General Department of Logistic-Techniques over the past 70 years. He also congratulated the force's Youth Union chapter on the outstanding achievements for the Government had recognized and conferred on the organization a Certificate of Merit.

At the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Tat Loi also launched a contest on the 70th anniversary of the Public Security Logistics-Techniques force under the theme "70-year golden history of  Public Security Logistics-Techniques Force."

The contest is considered a political activity organized in the whole force, and also provides a chance for officers and soldiers, lectures and students within the sector to learn more about the glorious history of the Public Security Logistics-Techniques Force.

Under the authority of the Prime Minister, Deputy Director of the genera department, Major General Nguyen Tat Loi awarded Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to the Youth Union chapter of the General Department of Logistics-Techniques; presented the "For the young generation" medals of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee to individuals with outstanding achievements in education of young generations of Vietnam.

Besides, 29 organizations and 41 individuals of the General Department's Youth Union chapter were also awarded Certificates of Merit from the Youth Union’s Central Committee.
