Traffic police officer returned 70 million VNĐ to owner.

At about 3 p.m September 9th, working group No.2, Road- rail Traffic Police Office, Hanoi Department of Public Security handed over the 70 million and several personal identity documents to Mr. Hoang Van Duc (26) , residing in Tiến Dương, Đông Anh (Hanoi).

Earlier, at 10:15 a.m September 9th, while on duty at St. Paul hospital’s gate, near Tran Phu - Chu Van An intersection, police captain Đào Bảo Ngọc and lieutenant Đoàn Văn Tú (working group No.2) accidentally saw a black by on the side of the road. Checking case they discovered a bag of money and a brown wallet with personal papers named Hoàng Văn Đức ...

Constantly smiling in happiness, Đức expressed his thanks to the police working group, who are trying their best to serve the people. He wrote letters of thanks to the Director of the Hanoi Public Security Department, Chief of Traffic Police as well as other police officers for their help.

After reporting to the commanders, thanks to operational measures, Captain Nguyễn Tuấn Cường, Deputy Head of Working Group No.2 found way to contact Đức.

According to Đức, he lost such amount of money, which belonged to his company, accidentally. After verifying the information provided by Đức, the working group quickly returned the money to its owner.
