Two new Deputy Ministers of Public Security appointed

General To Lam, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security on April 29 chaired a ceremony to announce decisions issued by the Prime Minister on the promotion of Major General Le Quoc Hung, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Major General Le Tan Toi, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel to Deputy Ministers of Public Security.
Minister To Lam affirmed that Major General Le Quoc Hung and Major General Le Tan Toi are well-trained senior public security officers, who have good morals, firm political stance as well as plentiful practical working experience in units at the grassroots level.
During their careers, they have made great contributions to the course of security protection, national construction and defense.
On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam congratulated the two newly-appointed Deputy Ministers of Public Security.
He also urged the two new Deputy Ministers to heighten their sense of responsibility, set good examples for all public security officers and soldiers, and join the Public Security Central Party Committee, leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and all public security officers to successfully fulfill the tasks entrusted by the Party, the State and the people to the entire Public Security Forces.
