Youths of Southern police organize contest on studying and following Uncle Ho's Six Teachings

The event saw the presence of Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Nam, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), Head of the Organizing Board; leaders of some under-MPS departments; leaders of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee; and representatives of the Directorate of the An Giang Provincial Police Department.

The final round drew the participation of 10 excellent teams representing the youth of the Southern Provincial Police Department and the Hanoi Municipal Police Department.
The 10 final teams competed one another in 4 challenging yet interesting onstage programs with many creative performances. Especially, the competing section of eloquence showed the contestants’ competence and intelligence as well as professional knowledge and laws.
The contest was one of the central activities to mark the 70th years of Uncle Ho’s sending 6 Teachings to the Public Security Forces, and 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s call for patriotic emulation.
This was also a practical and meaningful political activity for police officers and soldiers, as well as aims to improve police officers and soldiers’ awareness in learning, following six teachings of Uncle Ho.
After two days, the organizers awarded 2 first prizes to the teams of the An Giang Provincial Police and Hanoi Municipal Police, 2 second prizes and 5 third prizes to other outstanding teams.
