Book on Party building work edited by General To Lam released
The book "Strengthening Party building in the People's Public Security Forces according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress" edited by Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security General To Lam Prof., Dr. was released.
Deputy Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To Assoc. Prof., Dr., presided over the release of the book “Tăng cường công tác xây dựng Đảng trong Công an nhân dân (CAND) theo Nghị quyết Đại hội XIII của Đảng” (Strengthening Party building in the People's Public Security Forces according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress) edited by Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security General To Lam Prof., Dr., on the morning of December 8, in Hanoi.
With his deep understanding of the particularly important role of Party building work in performing the tasks of protecting security and order and building force of the People's Public Security Forces in line with the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution No.12 of the Politburo, Minister To Lam directed the compilation and editing of this important book.
In particular, the draft of the book was first submitted to General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong Prof., Dr., for comments, and the group of authors received various good ideas from the Party chief when he attended at the National Conference to study Resolution No. 12, issued on March 16, 2022 by the Politburo, on building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces to meet their task requirements in the current situation.
General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong noted that the Ministry of Public Security is one of the leading and exemplary units that had implemented the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress methodically and effectively.
With a very serious, elaborate research, compilation and publication process, the book has been published and now released to readers.
The book shows the great responsibility and special attention of Minister To Lam toward Party building and the building of the People's Public Security Forces, contributing to the successful realization of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress and Resolution No12 of the Politburo in the People's Public Security Forces.
