According to reports, over the years, the 19-8 Hospital has successfully fulfilled its professional duties, developed many new medical techniques and improved the quality of its medical examination and treatment.
The hospital also effectively managed patient admissions and provided emergency treatment on time for many critical patients.
In addition to its regular medical examination and treatment duties, the hospital executed the task of caring for the health of public security officers and enlistees.
Speaking at the working session, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc hailed the Party Committee, Board of Directors and medical staff of the 19-8 Hospital for their great efforts and remarkable work results over the past time.

The Deputy Minister requested that the 19-8 Hospital should be well aware of advancements in the healthcare sector, and determine its position in the country’s hospital system so as to seek effective approaches to strongly develop in the coming time.
Specifically, the Deputy Minister requested the hospital to effectively realize the Public Security Central Party Committee’s Resolution and the Minister of Public Security’s Directive on the Public Security Forces’ tasks for 2025.
Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc urged that the 19-8 Hospital should closely coordinate with the Department of Health to urgently develop mechanisms and policies for the public security health sector, develop a study on hospital administration, as well as collaborate with other hospitals to improve medical training and professional qualifications of doctors.
Additionally, the hospital is required to expand international cooperation in medical training, improve the quality of healthcare and medical services as well as accelerate the implementation of medical equipment projects.
Finally, the Deputy Minister requested that the Party Committee and the leadership of the hospital should pay due attention to and make thorough preparations for the organization of the congresses of its affiliated Party organizations and the 19-8 Hospital Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
