Speaking at the festival, Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung applauded the achievements in socio-economic development as well as in ensuring order and security that the Party Committee, government and people of Hanoi city in general, and those of Gia Lam district and Bat Trang commune in particular had achieved in the past time.
He emphasized that Hanoi is among leading localities in the country in successfully implementing resolutions and directives of the Party and State regarding order and security.
According to Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung, the exciting and joyful atmosphere of the festival demonstrated the unity and trust in the local authorities of the local people, as well as the stable order and security situation and good results of the “All people protect national security” movement in Bat Trang commune.
Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung wished that the people of Bat Trang commune would preserve and promote their traditional cultural identity, participate actively in the movement of “All people protect national security” and build a safe, secure, healthy and happy life so as to make part to socio-economic development and order and security in the commune.
