Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen joins enlistment event in Phu Tho
Major General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended an enlistment event in Phu Ninh district, Phu Tho, on February 18, which saw 126 local youths joining the military and Public Security Forces.
1,700 local youths in Phu Tho join the military this year while 277 others do national service at public security units.
All 126 youths from Phu Ninh district have been carefully selected by competent agencies so they all meet the standards for health, qualifications and morals to join the military and Public Security Forces.
Notably, a number of them have graduated from universities and colleges.
The local authorities also carried out support policies for the newly recruited youths, especially those coming from needy families, so they can fulfil their duties in the coming time.
