Deputy Minister of Public Security Major General Le Van Tuyen leading the Ministry's delegation worked with the Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department on ensuring security and order in the province as well as the unit’s financial work, logistic and technical services, on October 28.

Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Ta Van Dep delivered a report, saying, over the past time, the security situation in the province has remained stable. 

The Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department also grasped the situation in border areas, promptly reported on major issues, and proposed solutions to leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen requested that the Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department should continue to actively grasp the local situation and advise the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to mobilize the whole political system to participate in the work of ensuring security.

It also should check the implementation of the tasks and targets assigned by the Ministry as the year of 2022 is coming to an end while accelerating administrative reforms, strengthening force building, and taking due care of the working fields of logistics, finance, construction, equipment, facilities and unit barracks.

Regarding the management and use of land for security purpose, the Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department must comply with the provisions of the law on the use of land for security purposes, build sufficient offices, barracks and provide facilities and equipment for local police forces to perform their duties.
