Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To visits MPS leader and former leaders
On the occasion of the 39th Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, on November 17 visited professors, associate professors who are current leaders and former leaders of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).
On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and MPS leadership, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To extended best wishes and offered flowers to General To Lam Dr., Prof., Politburo member, Minister of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General, Bui Van Nam Dr., Assoc. Prof., former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General, Nguyen Van Thanh Dr., Assoc. Prof., former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of Public Security, and Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.
Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To hoped that the current leaders and former leaders of the MPS would make further contributions to the education and training cause of the country in general and the Public Security Forces in particular.
On this occasion, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To also visited and offered incense to GeneralTran Dai Quang Prof. Dr., late State President and Minister of Public Security, and inquired after his family.
