Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To works with Binh Dinh provincial police
Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, leading a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security, worked with the Binh Dinh provincial police, on August 25. Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung, representatives of local agencies and key cadres of the local police units attended the meeting.
Reports at the meeting read, the Binh Dinh provincial police have closely followed directions of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee and implemented comprehensive measures to maintain security and order, ensure absolute safety for major political events in the province and prevent unexpected situations, facilitating local socio-economic development, over the past time.
By now, the Binh Dinh Provincial Police Department completed the deployment of 594 commissioned police officers to communes and townships, and100% of the communes in the province have at least 5 commissioned policemen each.
Since its deployment, the communal police force has proactively advised local Party committees and authorities on measures to ensure security and order at the grassroots.
On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Minister of Public Security, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised the outstanding results achieved by the police Binh Dinh in recent years.
He also proposed the Party Committee and People's Committee of Binh Dinh province to further coordinate with the Public SecurityCentral Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security in directing the provincial police force to build the Party organizations of the local police units.
The deputy minister stressed on the need to effectively realize Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW issued on March 16, 2022 by the Politburo on building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modernized People's Public Security Forces to meet all task requirements in the new situation.
The local police force should enhance the fight against crime while expanding the movement of “All people protecting national security”.
