Groundbreaking ceremony held for new DIC office in Da Nang City
PSNews – The Department of Information and Communication (DIC) under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) in August broke ground on its new representative office in Da Nang City.
The new DIC representative office is located at No.5 Ba Dinh, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, and covers a total area of 349.5 square meters.
The project with detailed investment and contractor selection plan has been approved by the MPS.
The project is expected to improve the operational efficiency of the DIC in the Center and Central Highlands of Vietnam.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, DIC Director Major General Do Trieu Phong extended his great thanks to the leadership of the Da Nang City, the Public Security Central Party Committee and the MPS leadership for their support.
Major General Do Trieu Phong also requested the contractor and the project management board to mininize the impact on the neighboring households while ensuring construction safety as well as the progress and quality of the project.
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 360 days’ time.
