The conference was transmitted from the Hall of the Ministry of Public Security with the physical presence of leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and under-ministerial agencies and units to headquarters of all provincial-level police departments and locally-stationed police units, where leaders of the units attended the conference via video-conferencing.

Apart from hearing the summary reports on the 6th Meeting, the delegates also studied Resolution No. 56-NQ/TW issued on March 5, 2020, by the Politburo and Directive No. 15-CT/TW issued on August 10, 2022, by the Secretariat so as to later brief their subordinates in their agencies and units on the contents of the documents.

According to the report, from October 3 to 9, in Hanoi capital, the 6th Meeting of the Party Central Committee of the 13th term held a meeting to discuss series of important issues, such as current socio-economic situation, 2022 State Budget, projecting socio-economic development in 2023.

After that, delegates were briefed on Directive No. 15-CT/TW issued on August 10, 2022, by the Secretariat on economic diplomacy for the development of the country until 2030; Resolution No. 56-NQ/TW issued on March 5, 2020, by the Politburo on the development strategy of Vietnam's cipher industry by 2030 and development orientation for 2045.
