Minister Luong Tam Quang praises Hung Yen Provincial Police Department for arrest of international fraud

Over the past time, the Hung Yen Provincial Police Department has implemented synchronous measures to detect and arrest a suspect who had cheated in international delivery services and illegally appropriated property of foreigners, badly affecting the image and reputation of Vietnam's investment and business environment.

The local police then recovered the appropriated property worth more than 10 billion VND and returned it to the victim.

The achievement of the police in Hung Yen province has highly been appreciated by the people, while the victim had sent a letter to thank the Hung Yen Provincial Police Department in particular and the Vietnamese People’s Public Security Forces in general for their timely support.

This achievement of the Hung Yen Provincial Police Force has demonstrated their determination and high sense of responsibility in implementing directions of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security on preventing and combating transnational crimes.

In doing so, the police in Hung Yen province have beautified the image of the Vietnamese public security officer in the eyes of international friends, while deterring and preventing crimes, stabilizing the security and order situation, and creating a safe and heathy environment to attract more foreign investment to Vietnam.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister Luong Tam Quang acknowledged and praised the excellent achievement of the Hung Yen Provincial Police Force.

The Minister requested the Hung Yen Provincial Police Department to expand the investigation of the case and early complete documents and evidence so as to prosecute all the involved in line with the laws.

The Minister wished the police department more outstanding achievements in the coming time.
