Minister To Lam hosts lecturers from public security educational and training institutions

Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam stated, the education and training sector of the People's Public Security Forces have seen new developments and reached a lot of important achievements over the past 78 years.

According to him, the quality of education and training in all public security educational and training institutions has been constantly improved, meeting the need for building regular, elite and modern Public Security Forces in the current situation.

On the occasion of the 41st anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, the People's Public Security Forces’ education and training sector has had 10 more lecturers awarded “Meritorious Teachers”, one promoted to Professor and 13 promoted to Associate Professors as well as 2 candidates for the title "Outstanding Teacher of the Year" by the Ministry of Education and Training, 38 lecturers granted the title of "Excellent Lecturer" and "Excellent Teacher" by the Ministry of Public Security in 2023.

In the coming time, Minister To Lam suggested that public security schools, colleges, universities and academies strive to successfully implement fundamental and comprehensive renovation in education. and training while building and developing an army of qualified lecturers and educational managers.

“This is a prerequisite issue, a key step in developing the educational and training strategy and improving the quality of education and training in the People's Public Security Forces,” underscored the minister.
