Minister To Lam meets with members of NA National Security and Defense Committee

Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam expressed delight at meeting with members of the NA Committee for National Defense and Security.

Minister To Lam said that, over the past years, the Ministry of Public Security has closely coordinated with the NA Committee for National Defense and Security in the NA law making process, contributing to continuously improving the legal system on national security and social order, and national development.

At the meeting, Chairman of the NA Committee for National Defense and Security Le Tan Toi highly appreciated the close coordination of the Ministry of Public Security with the NA Committee for National Defense and Security in the past time.

He affirmed that the committee will continues to perform its functions of connecting the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense with the NA and NA deputies as well as conveying the views of the People's Public Security Forces and the People's Army to NA deputies.

For his turn, Minister To Lam thanked the NA committee for its active and effective support and coordination with the Ministry of Public Security in the past time, and suggested that it collaborate with the Ministry of Public Security in advising to the Party and State on foreign and security policies as well as foreign affairs in the time to come.
