According to reports at the meeting, the provincial police synchronously took professional measures and deploy forces to maintain political security and ensur the absolute safety of important events in the province.

The Binh Dinh Provincial Police Department thoroughly grasped the situation, promptly identified complex security issues, and advised the Ministry of Public Security and local leadership on approaches to resolve the isses from afar and right from the roots. 

Meanwhile, the number of criminal cases was controlled and reduced; the rate of cleared criminal cases stood at 86%, of which the clearance rate of serious and specially serious criminal cases reached 95%; and State management of security and order as well as administrative procedure reforms achieved many important results.

Applauding the good work results achieved by the local police in recent times, Minister To Lam asked the Binh Dinh Provincial Police Department to advise the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to step up Project 06, raise the rate and quality of online public services related to the police sector, and frequently train local police officers and soldiers in modern methods of receiving and resolving administrative procedures in cyberspace, and increase public education on traffic rules and fire safety regulations.

Minister To Lam also instructed the Binh Dinh Provincial Police Department to post appropriate officers and soldiers to the right positions under the new organizational model, strengthen the local police force and direct combat force, pay attention to political and ideological education for Party members and all staff.
