Ministry of Public Security meets with press agencies on Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day
In the buildup to the 98th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925), the Ministry of Public Security held a meeting with press agencies and launched the Press Award "For national security and peaceful life" in the period of 2023-2025, on June 8, 2023, in Hanoi.

Politburo member and Minister of Public Security General To Lam chaired the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam affirmed that the news agencies and press workers always pay special attention to and accompany with the Public Security Forces in their missions of safeguarding national security and maintaining the peaceful and happy life for the people, in every revolutionary stage.
On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam thanked the press management authorities at all levels, press and media agencies, and press workers for their close coordination and effective support for the People's Public Security Forces in the past time.
Minister To Lam also wished to receive their coordination and support in the coming time, contributing positively to the People's Public Security Forces’ task accomplishment.
Regarding the press award, Minister To Lam hopes that all press agencies and jounalists as well as people will participate in the contest, contributing to spreading the image of the public security officer wholeheartedly dedicated to the country and the people.
