More public security doctors sent to Southern provinces
40 doctors and nurses from the 198 Hospital and the Hospital of Traditional Medicine under the Ministry of Public Security were deployed to support COVID-19 prevention and control in Southern provinces on September 19.
Hundreds of doctors and medical workers of the Public Security Forces were sent to support the fight against COVID-19 in HCM City and Southern provinces.
The situation of COVID-19 in Vietnam has been gradually under control, however, such localities as HCM City and some Southern provinces still see complicated developments in the pandemic.
It was the fourth deployment of public security medical personnel to the South. This time 42 doctors, nurses and medical workers from the 198, 199 hospitals and Traditional Medicine Hospital were sent to support COVID-19 prevention and control efforts in Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An.
