More public security medical workers sent to Ho Chi Minh City
A mission of nurses and doctors from the Ministry of Public Security’s 199 Hospital based in Da Nang on August 26 were deployed to Ho Chi Minh City.
Director of 199 Hospital encourages the doctors and nurses before their departure.
This was the second medical delegation deployed by the 199 Hospital to Ho Chi Minh City to support the local efforts in the fight against the pandemic.
The mission of 17 members, including 6 doctors and 11 nurses, was led by doctor Tran Quang Phap, Vice Director of the 199 Hospital. All members of the mission were fully vaccinated.
Upon their arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the medical workers would coordinate with another mission from the 304 Hospital to run the MPS-built field hospital in the city.
Earlier on July 5, over 50 doctors and medical workers from the 199 Hospital were sent to Ho Chi Minh City.
