MPS continues “Gratitude returning” activities

A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) led by Deputy Minister Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung handed over funds for building and repairing houses of gratitude on July 30 for relatives of fallen public security officers in Quang Tri province.

The Deputy Minister presented 150 million VND from the Fund of Comradeship of the Ministry of Public Security to Mr. Nguyen Han in Trieu Long commune, Trieu Phong district in support of his building of a new house, Ms. Phan Thi Chot in Hai An commune, Ms. Phan Thi Pump in Hai Son commune, and Mr. Le Van Quang in Hai Chanh commune, Hai Lang district, 50 million VND each in support of their repair of houses of gratitude.

Also on this occasion, the class of strategic planning officers of the XIII term granted 150 million VND to Ms. Le Thi Sen, in Hai Le commune, Quang Tri town, supporting her family to build a new house of gratitude.

The families of martyrs of fallen public security officers expressed their sincere thanks to the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security for the supports. 

They also promised that they will promote the good tradition of their family, educate the next generation of children and grandchildren about the tradition, and strive to fulfill all assigned tasks.
Earlier, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and the delegation offered incense and flowers in commemoration of heroic martyrs at the Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery, Road 9 National Martyrs Cemetery and Quang Tri Ancient Citadel.
