MPS seeks to improve quality of political theory for public security officers

Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To Assoc. Prof., Dr., and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Permanent Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Assoc. Prof., Dr., Nguyen Duy Bac co-chaired the meeting.

The meeting also saw the presence of representatives from MPS under-ministerial departments such as the Office of MPS, the Department of Organization and Personnel, the Department of Training and Education as well as the People’s Security Academy, the People’s Police Academy, the People's Public Security Academy of Politics, Fire University.

Meanwhile, HCMA’s delegates included representatives of the Department of Training Management, the Office of HCMA and other functional units.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and reached consensus on the method of organizing political theory training courses for the Public Security Forces, helping remove the remaining obstacles to the work of political theory training for public security officers and improve the quality and effectiveness of the work, to meet the requirement for the training of public security personnel that may be candidates for civilian Party committees at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
