People's Police College 1 opens new school year 2021 – 2022
The People's Police College 1 (PPC1) on November 16 held a ceremony to open its 2021 – 2022 school year. Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To Dr., Assoc. Prof., Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and delivered a speech at the event.
The PPC1 successfully completed its assigned tasks in the previous school year. The school completed the enrollment, and conducted training and retraining courses for thousands of police students.
It also readjusted 10 training programs and upgraded 123 subjects to meet practical requirements for police units.
Regarding scientific research, the school successfully conducted 5 ministerial-level science and technology projects, 10 school-level ones, and applied 49 initiatives on the improvement of training and learning.
11 teachers were nominated to be entitled “Excellent Teacher” at ministerial-level, while 30 others were nominees for the title of “Excellent Teacher” at school level.
Many students won high prizes of various national- and public security school-level competitions and contests.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised the achievements of teachers, employees, and students of the PPC1 in the academic year 2020 - 2021.
The minister asked the school to continue improving the quality and effectiveness of education and training, contributing to building revolutionary, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces by 2030. He also agreed with 10 key tasks and 5 solutions of the school for its academic year 2021 – 2022.
Under the authority of the Prime Minister, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To presented the Government's Emulation Flag to the PPC1 and the Faculty of Administrative Management of Social Order for their outstanding achievements in the academic year 2020 - 2021.
