People's Public Security Football Club kick in V-league 1 next year
The Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to cheer the People's Public Security Football Club, which has excellently finished the 2022 season of the Vietnam League 2 at the first place and will play in the 2023 National Football Championship (V-league 1), on the afternoon of November 2, in Hanoi.

Minister of Public Security General To Lam hosted the ceremony.
During the 2022 season, the Public Security Football Club played 22 matches in V-league 2 and achieved the following results: 12 wins, 7 draws, 3 losses; scored 37 goals, conceded 15 goals, got 43 points, and ranked first among the participating teams.
It also had two players in the top 10 scorers of the tournament.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister To Lam revealed, over the past time, the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security have always paid attention to and encouraged physical training and sports movements in the People's Public Security Forces.
Such movements help public security officers and soldiers improve their physical health as well as their ability and will to fight criminals and successfully fulfill their duties of safeguarding national security, ensuring social order and safety, and maintaining a peaceful and happy life for the people.
Minister To Lam praised the leadership, coaching staff, players and service workers of the Public Security Football Club for their achievements.
Minister To Lam suggested that the Party and Political Work Department and relevant agencies of the Ministry of Public Security urgently implement the project to develop the Public Security Football Club as a professional football team in line with the laws and regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation, while investing more for the Public Security Football Club.
