PSNews - On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's appeal for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948), the leadership and staff of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Detention Center have carried out social activities.

Leaders of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Detention Center said that the unit had just handed over a new home to the family of Mr. Katr Gia (Raglai man born in 1933, residing in Cong Hai commune, Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province).

This is the third new home built by the officers and soldiers at the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Detention Center, and sponsors.

The previous two houses were given to the family of Mr. Katr Sy (born in 1980, residing in Loi Hai commune, Thuan Bac district) and Mrs. Kator Thi Sen (born in 1969, residing in Cong Hai commune, Thuan Bac district). 

In addition to the three houses mentioned above, the staff of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police Detention Center and the Youth Union chapter of the unit also installed 25 domestic water tanks with a capacity of 500 liters each and 11 solar-powered high-voltage lamps for 36 poor ethnic minority families, and presented 80 gifts to other policy families in the two communes Loi Hai and Cong Hai, for local households, in May 2023.

The cost of this social program totalled more than 90 million VND, which was donated by police officers, soldiers of the center and benefactors.
