The Public Security Ceremonial music Troupe under the Mobile Police High Command will perform marching band music for people in the Northern province of Hung Yen on July 8.
According to Senior Colonel Trinh Anh Thong, Deputy Head of the Public Security Ceremonial Music Troupe, the program was scheduled to be held in 2020. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the performance plan had to be halted.
The Mobile Police High Command recently asked to re-organize the show in Hung Yen province’s Hung Yen city and received the approval of the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security.
The show will be held to mark the 108th birthday of late Party General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh (July 1, 1915 - 2023) and the 76th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - 2023). It also aims to promote the image of the public security officers who are always close, friendly and wholeheartedly dedicated to the people.
The show will take place at Nguyen Van Linh Square in Hung Yen city on July 8. The program consists music acts praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, the homeland in general and Hung Yen province in particular as well as portraying the public security officer.
Within the program, the Public Security Ceremonial Music Troupe will also perform marching band music along the street.
