Senior public security officials presented with noble titles and orders
The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on December 29 held an event in the framework of the 77th National Public Security Conference to honor senior leaders and officers for their outstanding achievements.
Under the authority of the Party and State’s leaders, Minister To Lam handed the second-class Independence Orders to former deputy ministers of public security: Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong and Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh; third-class Military Exploit Order to Major General Nguyen Van Long, Director of the Police Department for Corruption, Smuggling and Economic Crimes; first-class Feat of Arms Order to Standing Vice Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Public Security Central Party Committee Major General Le Van Tuyen, Director of the Department of Foreign Surveillance Major General Pham Ngoc Viet, Director of the Dong Nai provincial Police Department Major General Vu Hong Van, Director of the Nghe An provincial Police Department Major General Pham The Tung, and Director of Lao Cai provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Luu Hong Quang.
Minister To Lam handed the second-class Feat of Arms Order to Director of the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department Major General Vu Thanh Chuong, and Director of the Ha Nam provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung, second-class Fatherland Defense Order to Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Major General Hoang Duc Lung.
General To Lam also presented noble titles and orders to other senior officials of the MPS.
