The Public Security Central Party Committee in collaboration with the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee and the National Political Publishing House of Truth held a national-level scientific seminar entitled "Promoting the value of Vietnam's Cultural Outline in building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces", on the afternoon of June 12, in Nam Dinh province.

At the meeting, under the direction of Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To and Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, scientists and researchers clarified the value of Vietnam's Cultural Outline and discussed approaches to apply the quintessence and development achievements of Vietnamese culture to the building of the People's Public Security Forces.

Concluding the meeting, Minister To Lam emphasized that all reports sent to the organizing panel affirmed that Vietnam’s Culture Outline plays a significant role in developing Vietnamese culture, demonstrating the Party's smart thinking and long-term vision on revolution and culture in the past national liberation struggle, as well as in today's national construction and defense.

Minister To Lam also stressed that the outline on Vietnamese culture development has great value and significance for the task of developing the Public Security Forces’ culture as reports at the meetings highlighted the results of applying Vietnam’s Culture Outline to the Public Security Forces’ missions of safeguarding national security, ensuring public order and safety, maintaining the peaceful life of the people, and protecting the foundations of the Party’s ideology, national culture and Vietnamese moral standards.
