Health ministry launches Covid-19 Chatbot app

The Chatbot is developed based on an artificial intelligence (AI) application platform with real-time automatic answering mechanism that helps answer a large number of questions about the Covid-19 epidemic at the same time.
The Chatbot can also learn new information automatically based on the history of chatting with users. The application will continuously be ungraded over the time to meet the user’s demand.
The Chatbot application was developed by FPT within a week on the order of the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Health to support Covid-19 prevention efforts.
The Department of Information Technology also developed a specialized website on the prevention and fight against the acute respiratory disease caused by Covid-19 at the address https://ncov.ehealth.gov.vn/.
The website provides up-to-date information on the situation of the Covid-19, and the guidelines from the Governments and the Ministry of Health on Covid-19 prevention.
It also has real-time statistics of Covid-19 infected patients, the origin and transmission mechanism of Covid-19, the disease’s symptoms, along with a list of medical facilities nationwide eligible for Covid-19 medical examination and treatment.
