RoK boosts cooperation with Thailand in responding to Industry 4.0
During his talks with Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha in Bangkok, Moon Jae-in mentioned Seoul’s New Southern Policy and Bangkok’s Thailand 4.0 initiative. He said if the two policies are connected, the two countries will be able to look towards future growth together.

Moon Jae-in said Thailand is one of the most important partners in the New Southern Policy to help strengthen and broaden the RoK’s partnerships with Southeast Asian nations and India.
For his part, Prayut Chan-o-cha said Thailand’s relations with the RoK have expanded to various fields including education, investment and technology. The two sides also have large potential in economic cooperation. \
