Over 3,800 business conditions expected to be cut and simplified
The ministries which have the most business conditions and plan to cut and simplify the most conditions are the Ministry of Industry and Trade (1,216 business conditions, planning to reduce 675 conditions, equivalent to 55.5%), the Ministry of Health (1,871 conditions, planning to cut 1,363, equal to 72.85%), and the Ministry of Finance (370 conditions, planning to cut 190, equal to 51.35%).

A total of 968 business conditions have been reduced so far, mostly in the sectors of industry and trade, education and training, information and communication, state banks, and culture, sports and tourism. Reduction measures have already been designed for the remaining more than 2,800 conditions.
At present, there are more than 9,920 lines of goods subject to specialised inspections and 120 inspection procedures. Of these, ministries have devised measures to simplify and cut over 6,000 lines of products and 74 formalities.
So far, nearly 1,700 lines of goods have already been simplified and reduced (meeting 34% compared to the target set by the Government and the PM, and equal to 28.1% of the plan), in addition to 30 procedures (meeting 50% compared to the target set by the PM and 40.5% of the plan)
The PM’s working group proposed that the ministries drastically implement the PM’s Directive No. 20/CT-TTg, while focusing on building, finalising and promulgating documents in order to officially apply the reduction measures of lines of goods that are subject to specialised inspections and business conditions.
